Exam forms February 2019
by Janet Prescott - Tuesday, 14 August 2018, 1:42 PM

The RHS exam forms for February 2019 are attached here in Word and pdf form.

Please note a change (apart from the increase in the RHS examination fees) - there is a new box to tick, if you want us to email your results slip.

The RHS interpretation of the GDPR is, like everything they approach, very thorough.

The information we collect from you on the registration form is essential for the RHS to allocate a unique registration to you for your exams, so that they can record your achievements centrally no matter where you study or take various examinations, and eventually award you  Certificates and Diplomas.  We enter the information on their secure portal when we register you. We have to guarantee to the RHS that if we store this information while we collect  together all your registrations, we do so securely.

The information is considered personal and sensitive data, as are your examinations results. Email is not sufficiently secure for communication of this data between us and the RHS ; they are still busy re-organising their portal so that  in future we won't have to email about late entries, deferrals, extensions of time with dyslexia reports etc.

On that basis we can't transmit your results to you by email - unless  of course you give us permission.

Ideally you will have access to your own results because you have set up your log-in to the RHS Portal  - please try to set this up once you have registered for the exam, not just before the results are due out!

Natasha has pointed out a typo in the Level 2 form, so I've amended and reloaded it. If you've already downloaded your form - congratulations on your enthusiasm, and the RHS fee for 2103 is £16 not £6 I'm afraid.

Sorry!
