Not everyone wants to receive forum posts  - if you have the link set up between your VLE messaging and your home email, you may find them a distraction from your work.

Options are:

If you go into your profile settings you should be able to see 'email digest type'  - you can change this yourself to 'subjects - daily email with subjects'  so that you get one digest a day with topics that were posted and you can see if you want to read them in full in the VLE.

You can also contact me if you want me to unenrol you from the general Level 2 or Level 3 chat rooms. You would still receive these general news and announcement posts.
